There are probably as many, if not more days, where it can be hard to stick with it. When there is tempting food around, a stressful day, or frankly, I just don’t feel like it for some hard to articulate reason.
You can absolutely fast while exercising. Here are three of my top tips for making exercising while fasting easier.

Step 1: Get a dog. If you don’t have one, I strongly recommend picking a breed that compliments your lifestyle and personality. If you can find him/her at a shelter, even better!
